SORIPHA BEAUTY offers skincare and beauty products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and other product information are accurate and up to date.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen and the actual product.
Product information must not be interpreted as medical advice.
SORIPHA BEAUTY does not make medical claims about products unless such claims are legally permitted and properly substantiated.
3. PRICES
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Any additional delivery costs will be clearly shown before the customer completes the order.
SORIPHA BEAUTY reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or product information errors.
If an obvious error affects an order, we will contact the customer before processing the order where reasonably possible.
4. ORDERING
Customers place an order by completing the online checkout process.
Before submitting an order, the customer will have the opportunity to review the order details, delivery information and total price.
An order becomes binding when the customer submits the order and the purchase is accepted by SORIPHA BEAUTY.
The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered through the SORIPHA BEAUTY checkout.
Orders will normally be processed after successful payment.
6. DELIVERY
SORIPHA BEAUTY will provide the customer with the expected delivery information before or during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability and fulfilment arrangements.
If a product is fulfilled directly by a third-party supplier, the customer will be informed where legally required.
SORIPHA BEAUTY remains responsible to the customer for the fulfilment of the purchase agreement.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives the product.
The customer does not need to provide a reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The customer must clearly inform SORIPHA BEAUTY of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
